How do I set a listing price for my house?
We can provide you with a FREE customized 3rd party report on comparable houses in your area that are currently on the market or have recently sold. YOU can then determine YOUR selling price with current and accurate information. You can also work with a real estate agent to determine a price.
Do I have to pay the 6% real estate agent commission?
No, we are a marketing firm not a real estate agency. We charge a flat fee of $699 for 10 weeks of advertising regardless if you are working with a real estate agent or not. Our program puts YOU in the driver’s seat for marketing YOUR home.
What if my home doesn’t sale?
Our Good Buy Home™ program provides up to 10 weeks of marketing services. As with any product on the market, we will provide you with analytics to quickly determine what is working and what needs to be changed. You decide the final outcome.
